games day at church today!! whooo.

super long post, but i had fun today. that's why

i woke up at 6.30 so i could meet tessa in time at 745. we managed to finish sab's book. haha we had a lot of fun! sheryl came down and played with tessa's paper cutter. and we got most of everyone to sign. wei ian tried playing table tennis with the picnic table. i sucked at it. rawr. then we rushed up for worship.

we weren't really late. after worship and offering we gave the teachers' day present and surprised sab with hers. i hope she likes it. hahha. ((: dean sabo me la. make me go up and pray for jialin. haha. then we had GAMES!

first we all had to sit on the left side and take the piece of paper out from under our chair. i was in the donkey group. haha. instead of taking the paper with the group name, someone peeled off the sticker with the manufacturer's info on it!! then we went down to the foyer.

the first game. we were blind folded and we had to find the other people in our groupby hearing others making the noise of the animal and making the noise of the animal to find our way around. i managed to find ruth and cheryl in my group then we went around saying hee-haw. and then we bumped into someone and went HEEHAW HEEHAW at him. then all of a sudden was shouted at us MEOW!! then we continued to bump into him. XD

the second game. we finally got into our groups. we took off the blindfold and each got a string and a balloon. we had to blow up the balloon tie it to one end of the string and then tie the other end of the string to our ankle. and we had to work as a team to pop the balloons of other teams but make sure ours don't get popped. rawr. my team lost. we only had one surviving balloon out of 6 of us.

the third game. we went down to the canteen. straws and ping pong balls. something like table soccer. just instead of those men figures we used straws to blow the pingpong balls off the other side of the table. my team won! haha but it was disgusting. cos someone got his saliva all over the table. and slowly the ball got coated with his saliva. but we won both games! hahah

the fourth game. we had to reuse our straws (ew) and work as a team to finish a 1.5l bottle of sprite. we were about 10m away from the bottle and we each had to take turns to run back and forth to take one gulp only. we didn't win. but the prize was a new bottle of sprite. XD i think sab's group won. hahaha

the fifth game. we went back up to the foyer. no more team games. we used the string and handcuffed ourselves together. and we had to get out of it. no one could figure out how. hahah and i still don't know how.

the sixth game. the whole youth min had to fit onto a ground sheet. which was no problem. then we had to all stay on the sheet and turn it over without stepping off. and we did it!! :D but it was kinda too close for comfort. us shorter ones were practically suffocating. and we were grabbing on to each other. at first we included the youth leaders. but everyone was falling off the sheet so it was youth only. we did it!!

haha then we closed in prayer. and learned that in blaze inc, we'll have to be closer together in the heart and physically. and sometimes too close for comfort. but we have to continue to encourage each other. (:

after that dean, chin whye, wei ian, keefe, hendrik, qing guang and i went to suki sushi for lunch. man it was so funny. hahah. it's all dean's fault. blame everything on dean aka beanbo. hahah. we didn't let dean break his record. we cam-whored a bit with wei ian's cam. the mess dean made. i would've said we, but everything is dean's fault. he spilled a lot of soy sauce on the table. then wei ian tried to make the mess look bigger. so he took tissue and dipped it in the soy sauce and made the mess look messier.

after that dean, chin whye, keefe and i went to play pool at marina square. it was really expensive. $10 an hour. O.o i got really annoyed with my dad cos he asked me to go home but didn't tell me why. -.- later i found out it's cos i was the only girl among guys in a pool place. "not a good image" if my conscience is clear, what is there to worry? anyways. it was really fun. ((: bargained with my mom to let me come home by six. we played doubles then singles. i lost for the doubles. and got 2nd for singles. could've won. haha but keefe was too pro. seriously. chin whye and keefe's game took half the time mine and dean did. haha. they too pro. dean should've lost overall. but chinwhye potted the 8ball before the game ended. hahah

then dean left for tuition. and we walked around somemore. then chinwhye left. so keefe and i walked around a bit. his parents was gonna fetch him. but didn't want to fetch him from marina square. i tried to get him to fetch me home. hahha. but he lives in thomson O.o so we took mrt to dover. even though i told him he could go bishan. haha. my mom was super zhun today. so i didn't have to wait.

i found out that my brothers were really concerned about me being the only girl among a bunch of guys...in a pool place. ah well. i know it's cos they love me, but it was so annoying. ah well...

i feel so stressed now cos our MoV project went missing. i clearly remember handing it in to ms chong. directly to her outside the staff room. rarr. she says she can't find it so we need to re-do and hand it in by wednesday. this wednesday. holiday time! rarr.

hmm. i hardly ever update now. haha it's cos i'm too lazy to log into blogger. cos my blogger email is different from my gmail. anyways. i went out with tessatay on thursday to buy teachers' day present! haha. she's such a public nuisance. hahah it was fun though. we found out that someone doesn't read their smses and has like 100 of them in their phone O.o

and yesterday, i just realised how much i miss primary school. all the teachers, all my old friends that didn't go back to mg! it's so different! and i miss it so so so much!!

we had free period until 9, so i went to crash the primary school concert. and they were giving out awards like prettiest, coolest and most caring. and when it came to most caring i started to cry a bit cos i was thinking of cai lao shi. even though she never taught me she still showed her care towards me and many many others. we don't know what it's like until it's gone...

then mrs chua asked me to help her carry her teachers' day presents to her desk. so i got to go inside the primary staffroom. it's huge and pretty and i like it. we caught up on a lot of things. and found that we both have a cat that look the same and has the same temperament. oooh. then she gave me some of her presents. haha. and she has that cross-stitch i made for her hung on her desk!! :D:D:D

then u-jane and i went to disturb mrs sim. and we took balloons from the pri sch hall. whoo. the sec sch concert was quite good. all the videos and everything (:

and after the concert, michelle lim, tessa ying, cheryl yew, pamela lim, faye chiew and yap cheng siew came back!! and we went to eat sakae sushi buffet. super fun. caught up with them. and we kept talking about really sick stuff. omg everyone has changed so so so much! not so innocent ehh? haha

we said hi to momoko then left. haha then we walked around for a while more. then michelle had to go cos she was gonna watch aloud! we sat down to have a drink and to catch up somemore. hahah reminescing on old times. i like... they all wanted to come to my house to see my cat -.- but i was suppose to meet my parents at vivo. haha. so then pamela and cheryl left and tessa and i went to buy converse sneakers. haha yayy. i finally got my converse sneakers. whoo. :D:D

after that tessa and i spent 15mins searching how to get to the mrt station. but in the end we took bus. hahah(:

did i mention i LOVE going for chinese tuition.

yesterday half the time at tuition was spent laughing. firstly cos we kept wondering why laoshi kept calling her maid banana. until we asked laoshi what her maid's name was. it was yolanda. but the way laoshi said i made it sound like banana! hahahah

then we started talking about pads for some reason. cos laoshi said pets. and we thought she said pads. and then she started asking us how to ask her maid in english not to flush them down the toilet. hahaha. it was super funny!

yep. on a side note, have you heard of GLO for youth? it's a concert for charity. go to youthscare to find out more. it's $15 a ticket and you can buy them through me(: haha most of all it's for a good cause!! so go GLO for youth!!

last night while tessa, dean and i were on the phone i kept saying how my parents and my other brother doesn't go to church. and dean said i have to bring them to salvation. so he's gonna help me find my brother in school and get him to go to church(: then maybe after that my parents will go to church. and yes, i spent 2 hours on the phone again last night. half the time we were talking rubbish, singing and playing guitar. and just saying "hello?" to check if anyone was still listening. then we'd play songs on our computers and sing along. hahah. so fun so fun!

i can't believe marlene wants to quit handbells in her school. but i guess she has a good reason for it. her teacher sounds terrible. scolds her on the techniques of ringing handbells when the teacher herself isn't a ringer. good thing we don't have a teacher like that :D met up with MOB for the sharing session. i got handbell earrings! yayy! super cute(: i think i'll wear them tomorrow.

ame went for tuition with me ytd. and we made the clock 10minutes faster. hahaha and it was already 15min fast. but we were late so we had to stay back. ah well. laoshi is so funny!! hahahha

today we had like 2hrs of free period. cos no home ec, 20min of class time and 20 min off LA cos miss chong had to go off for oral exam or something like that. whooo. school today was really slack. i failed geog :O no surprise there lah...

i'm in park mall now. hahah my dad's office. just finished shopping with tessa and dean. it was...fun.
i met tessa at borders. then we took a bus down to plaza. and she wanted to WALK. o.O until i pointed out that we could take a bus... haiz that girl ah. like never take bus in her life. then we had lunch at macs. and waited for dean. we koped pics from people's facebook (: then we packed up and went shopping. for some reason my leg kept cramping. both legs. grrawrs. bought all the stuff we needed to then tessa did the accounting. haha our budget was 65bucks. then it got expanded to 85. thanks! yeps. halfway through looking at the receipts she found that the guy at the store didn't charge us for one of the things. then dean was like "oh this sunday put more in the offering bag" but in the end tessa went to pay the difference. (:

then i kept seeing eldora and anne tan outside plaza sing. hahah then tessa was like "are they stalking you" or something along the lines of that. XD ah wells.

i only updated twice during the past week. ah wells. saturday was boring(: i slacked most of the day away. sunday was nice as usual. gave them the colourful socks. sermon really applies to some of us eh. Love others just as God has loved you. love your enemies. cg was disturbing :/ i didn't mean to smile when i told others what happened. i guess i was still in shock :O hehh. lunch was nice. ivy and i walked around for a while looking for nice stuff to buy but couldn't find any. then we decided to have yami yoghurt!

hahah today i got back like half an hour of sleep since chong didn't come so we had a 1hr20min free period! whoo. the rest of the day was slacking. i didn't even pay attention in class cos i was so zonked out. :/

hhaha. did i mention that i love e-learning. it's so much freedom. no waking up early and all. just finish all the assignments and can playplayplay!! wheee. last few days have been performances super a lot. but it's been fun. after only 2 days of practice i felt that we had quite good shows. esp the last two! fun learning experience man! i sat in a LORRY! i felt so tall!

haha. today i slacked a lot. went for handbells. and i finished all my e-learning work except for physics and hist. hist cos i've been to lazy to print the worksheet. but just did. and physics. cos i don't know how mannn :/ neh. it's okay i got church people to help me on sunday.

rawr. what did i do today? aiyoh i can't remember!

oh right yes. i went to church super early. but like my bro got there first! haha. cos he was playing for worship. hung around for like half an hour. and one of the aunties made super nice milo dinosaurs and sandwiches for us youth!

cg was really interesting, i think. cos sat next to wei ian and stephanie. talked to wei ian quite abit. so i don't really know what happened XD LUNCH. hahaha was really funny. talked about ahemahem and the reason why qingrong didn't come back this week and instead went to wesley. hahah! then i was like i need to buy socks for my friend's (ah boy) birthday! the brand that has many colours to choose from. then wei ian, chin whye and daniel were like ehh help me buy! hahah so after lunch i went to john little and bought like 15 pairs of socks altogether. and the cashier gave me this wtf look. i bought really nice colours. bright orange! HAHA carmen! i got you something PINK!!

whoo. then i went home. and studied like half and half a chapter of bio. though i promised myself i'd study all 2 and a half chapters. rawrr. and my mom koped one pair of socks from me. :/ but she took the red ones. ahha so i still have orange and blue. though my bro wants the orange one. he came into our room and was like ehh! why did you buy so many pairs of socks!? hahaha. awesomeness of socks (:

happy national day!

hahah today was funfunfun!! i had stuff to do until 4 plus with really awesome people. then after that i met ckay and her church people at vivo.

they went to buy food to eat. but i was really full from lunch, so i just like sat on the roof top of vivo and mooched off them. then ckay wanted to pierce her ears (AGAIN)

so we went to plaza sing. and the whole bunch of us like 10 people went to 77street with her to pierce. and she freaked out and but me -.- but it was funnn. then we splitted up.

cos some of them wanted to go sota which is janel's school. so it was just me ckay, grace and tim. yep. and we window shopped. then i finally had dinner from the chippy.

and i met pearl from mob there!

haha. ah well. ate like half of the food... grace, ckay and i window shopped and made tim bored. he's a guy. go figure.

then tim wanted havaianas from num. haha so we walked to cathay. but the style he wanted was sold out. so we i bought them starbucks.

and behind me in the line was tiffany's friend from church. yosep. who gave me this weird stare and was like "are you joanne wong" then i was like "erm... yeah...who are you!?" hahah ah well.

then we went back to plaza cos tim wanted to go heeren to buy his havaianas. and we pointed out that no one had any money left. except me. hahaha. so we all just went home.

ohohoh! and grace's siblings have super cool names. they're all like named after the fruits of the spirit except 3 of them, grace her bro and one of her sisters. it's like joy, patience. can't rmb the other one. hahha. but super cool lah. haha. she has like 5 siblings. and she's home schooled. O.o

national day concert was okay. i was the only one in my class who wore red. i was gonna wear white too. but some idiot spilled coffee on the chair and didn't clean up properly. so i sat on it and like... yeahhh. :/

got shocking news. which was good news. but shocking. :D:D

hahah filming with chengim and pearly was so boliao. ahhaha but fun nonetheless. and chengim was like freaking out everytime kitten when near her! ahahha. then we went plaza sing. and kwoky chicken came and met up with us. we went sakae sushi. and she showed me her new piercings. haha. ate until like wanna die. then we went back to ps to shop. and chengim and i tried to get pearly to try on kids clothes! then chengim and pearly left after a while cos pearly had to go homee.

ah well. ckay got like tons of clothes. YOU OWE ME MONEY! hahah got some really nice stuff. yep then i took mrt home. and stoned (:

okay i told myself to study, but i keep procrastinating. :/ i hope i don't fail english tmr. i just passed the last compre i did, even though i do fairly well for compre. it's so annoying. haha. my new favourite word. annoying. ah wells.

today was okay though i was practically blind... i forgot to put in my contacts this morning. and left the house without them on. and went through the whole day of school like that. i fell asleep during LA and speech. and then after lunch, tadaa. i found my glasses in my pocket. don't know how though. stayed back for cip. which was tiring, but nonetheless fun. 2e people are cool. esp ANDREA! haha love you!

after cip i saw delia at the trellis. so i sat with her cos i didn't feel like going home yet. and i talked with her for like half an hour. it was really nice to get to know my junior better. she's such a nice person too! then i walked down the hill with shannon and jessica. cabbed back with jess. and i hit my head on the door frame thing of the taxi. so pain lah. ah wells. jess and i talked non stop. now my head is really painful. :/

prefects installation was good.

despite isabel not being there. glen did a good job filling in. haha. and i kinda forgot all my bless this school and school song notes. so i just rang where ever sounded nice. XD then when we finished packing up and we were outside the storeroom, all of a sudden pris was like "oh my son!" then we all turned to face the island. and there was this car going up the island. haha! you would find it funny if you were there. then the guard went to see what was going on. hahaha. ohh man. painful for the car. cos the bottom of the car hit the island when the person finally reversed down.


then last malay class. haha. i finally found out who ershad's sister is. and i just realised that i see her quite often, just that i didn't know who she was...ah well. talked to nat throughout most of the class. it was funnnn! talked about her henrypark days. ohwells. we was a prefect last time O.o

rawrr. today after handbells i had this headache. which is gone now, thankfully. i finished a walk to remember. the ending is really good (: yep. i bought the iCarly soundtrack. and while i was outing having dinner, i left my msn on and when i came home i was like spammed with messages even though i put my status as away...ah well. i'm listening to we are the reason. it's so nice! haha. can't wait to hear it during chapel! okays. i'm so tired, i'm gonna sleep now.

rawrr. i just came home from dinner with my dad's old njc friends. one of them super looks a lot like some channel8 guy. haha. his wife was telling us how someone actually asked for his autograph once!

today was really funn!! haha. okay except for the hug thing. but it was fun while it lasted. yeahh. people at my church are super nice! haha. cg was reallyreallyreally funny. with one person just talkingtalkingtalking. and wei ian, keefe and i kept going "what's the question?" haha. ohhmann. a lot of things happened. but i can't really say here. haha. then there was the "shhhhhhh!" hahah! then wei ian was like so bad lah. cos like everyone is taller than i am. then all the guys were standing together and i walked up to them and then wei ian was like "hello" then he patted my head. -.-" then like everyone was laughing. terrible! :/
after that i went out for lunch with the usual people. sab paid 2.20 for parking at novena sq for 2mins. hahaa! in the end we had pepper lunch at central! it was so fun! talked alot. bought mini doughnuts for my bro. then took mrt home with hendrik and jialin. talked about people and all. and hendrik warned me not to randomly hug guys cos i won't know what guys are thinking :/ walau. haha. oh wells. right now, i'm really confused.

everything just seems so superficial. but yet so deep. i keep telling myself that it doesn't matter. and i don't even know whether it does. i don't even know if i want it or not. the fact that i wasn't a choice even though i am there. i wasn't a choice. i don't even know if i want it. trouble. troubled.
