heh i haven't posted in almost 2 weeks.

so first off, CAMP
it was really good. i really bonded more with the people in my church. with those of other age groups. pictures are all on facebook. we split into groups first. i had wei hong as the leader and bryan, krister, gavin, christopher and brian in my group. the best parts were our 2 hour lunch during the amazing race thing back to the campsite. we came in last, one hour after all the other teams. the campsite was the franciscan missionaries of mary. along holland road. there were nuns there!

when we were falling asleep at about 11.30, chin whye comes in to ask sab what time we should wake up tomorrow and then tells us not to go down cos the boys are just starting to bathe. then at night it rained really heavily. and the door in the girls dorm kept slamming. and at first the 4 of us didn't know it was the door. we thought it was the cupboards outside of the dorm... until we woke up and found that the door was opened even though we closed it last night. actually tessa knew it was the door, but was too scared to go and close it...

hoho. breakfast was good. nutella! :D we played in the rain too. soccer and captains ball. we got all muddy. and at night we walked to the botanical gardens for another amazing race. the persecuted churches in asia. it was really fun. we had to go from station to station getting clues and doing tasks. and if someone shone a torchlight at us or called a name of the member of our team we had to stop. we were being persecuted and they'd ask if we were christians. i'm really glad everyone in my group said they were christians when they were asked. we had to do a forfeit. my group got caught 4 times -.-" when other groups only got caught twice! the best was the waterfall one. where we had to recited the bible verses we memorised at the station before. then we got blindfolded and had to eat this weird tasting fried rice with blackbeans (cockroach eggs), pickled lettuce and fermented tofu. then we were led to the water fall and we had to go under the waterfall. and from behind the waterfall we had to shout "we love jesus" until the person at the other side could hear. my team came in second. so it was not bad.

the next few days of camp were spent preparing for arts night. my group had to do lord of the rings. it was quite...fun. hahah then we had a session on the last night where i felt i grew closer to God. i witnessed some of my friends speaking in tongues. it was an incredible experience. that's all i can say. then we had a party in the boy's dorm. cos we got so much food from the prizes. and we threw the food around instead of eating it. chocolate bars and twisties and cheezels. lol. playing cards the whole night! and talking...
last day we just packed up and went home. heheh

the past few days have been spent lazying at home. haha. oh i was sick during the weekend. ffever off and on... blahh. according to sab it's because we didn't heed uncle robbie's advice to sleep at 1.30am on the last night. i got chased out of the boys dorm at 3.15 and slept at 3.30am. haha.

yesterday we went to practice for our new Blaze InC. production. Treye's idea. i think it's gonna be great. no one was really serious though...

you're not sorry
Taylor Swift

All this time I was wasting
Hoping you would come around
I've been giving out chances every time
And all you do is let me down
And it's taking me this long
Baby but I figured you out
And you're thinking we'll be fine again
But not this time around

You don't have to call anymore
I won't pick up the phone
This is the last straw
Don't wanna hurt anymore
And you can tell me that you're sorry
But I don't believe you baby
Like I did before
You're not sorry, no no oh

Looking so innocent
I might believe you if I didn't know
Could've loved you all my life
If you hadn't left me waiting in the cold
And you got your share of secrets
And I'm tired of being last to know
And now you're asking me to listen
Cause it's worked each time before

But you don't have to call anymore
I won't pick up the phone
This is the last straw
Don't wanna hurt anymore
And you can tell me that you're sorry
But I don't believe you baby
Like I did - before
You're not sorry, no no, oh

You're not sorry no no oh

You had me crawling for you honey
And it never would've gone away, no
You used to shine so bright
But I watched all of it fade

So you don't have to call anymore
I won't pick up the phone
This is the last straw
There's nothing left to beg for
And you can tell me that you're sorry
But I don't believe you baby
Like I did - before
You're not sorry, no no oh

You're not sorry, no no oh
